Dr. Henner Farin is a Young Investigator in the German Cancer Consortium, leading a group at the Georg-Speyer-Haus Institute for Tumor Biology and Experimental Therapy. His lab uses organoids to study cell signaling in intestinal stem cells and colorectal cancer.

His recent paper in Cell Stem Cell presents an optimized protocol for pooled CRISPR-Cas9 library screening to identify in vivo tumor suppressors in human colon organoids.
