Dr. James Hudson is a Group Leader of the Organoid Research Laboratory at the QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute. His laboratory studies the molecular mechanisms and biological interactions that guide the formation, properties and function of human cardiac organoids.

Recently published in Cell Stem Cell, his lab used human cardiac organoids to screen and identify drugs with pro-regenerative potential.
