Dr. Karl Koehler is an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at Harvard Medical School. His lab focuses on using human organoid systems as a platform to model congenital diseases and develop regenerative medicine therapies for the inner ear and various craniofacial tissues.

His lab has developed a method for generating complex skin from human pluripotent stem cells.
