Dr. Krishanu Saha is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and the Retina Research Foundation Kathryn and Latimer Murfee Chair. His lab utilizes quantitative and bioengineering methods to advance the next generation of cell and gene therapies.

His recent paper in Nature Communications presents a somatic cell genome editing strategy for recessive and polygenic diseases.
