Dr. Vivian Li is Group Leader of the Stem Cell and Cancer Biology Laboratory at the Francis Crick Institute. Her lab uses bowel as a model to study Wnt signaling in controlling intestinal stem cells in healthy guts and in cancer.

Her recent publication in Nature Medicine provides proof-of-concept data for engineering transplantable jejunal mucosal grafts using patient-derived organoids from children with intestinal failure.
